Con Te Partiro Rue McClanahan

Most of us know her as Blanche, the "I need it/want it now" chick from the Golden Girls. Well, Rue, has passed away as of this morning at roughly 1:00 AM EST. You see, Blanch was the first woman over 45 to ever give me an erection, and she did so without me really even know what was going on. Now THAT is a crush. And I've always loved her. She made me watch lifetime and enjoy it. She made me try to figure out which man of the half hour she would be with. She was one...one that made me smile. She taught me that liking women that had more than a few sexual partners was OKAY, that strippers were people too, and that anyone has a price (well maybe that was the Million Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase, but whatever you get the point).

As Betty White's career somehow is still blossoming, the rest of the Golden Girls are dying. Sad news. In all seriousness, she was my favorite. And all I can say at this terrible time is:

invited everyone you knew.
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
and the card attached would say,
